The Irish subsidiary of Cypress operates as a research and development centre, developing new Intellectual Property for several different product families in the Cypress Programmable Systems Division. As a remote R&D centre, the Cypress entity in Ireland must provide many of its own administrative and financial functions. We have been using Buckley Kiely outsourced payroll, bookkeeping and management accounts services since we opened in Ireland in 1997.  They also complete our annual audit and year-end financial statements and provide a first-rate taxation advice service. Movies @ Dundrum Ltd appointed Buckley Kiely to carry out an internal review of the efficiency of its Accounts Department in 2011.  Their work was carried out in a very professional  and time efficient manner while at all times remaining sensitive to the potential concerns that such a review will raise for the personnel working in that department.  The final report delivered by Buckley Kiely provided the Board with a number of key system and process improvement recommendations and a capacity and cost benchmarking assessment which have been the foundation for a restructuring of the department into a more cost and process efficient cost centre.  The Board of Movies @ are grateful to Buckley Kiely and would highly recommend them.
