Buckley Kiely Corporate Finance provides a range of independent Corporate Finance advisory services to small and medium sized enterprises, individuals and institutional investors. We have both the experience and ability to deliver success in helping clients to realise their strategic objectives, whether they be acquisition, sale or funding.

A powerful and unique combination of experience, well established relationships with major banks, private equity firms, solicitors and asset based lenders over many years and close collaboration with the BK Tax Advisory arm of the business further enhances our overall service and ensures clients the best possible and most tax efficient transactions.

As advisers we act as a bridge between businesses seeking funding and the institutions which provide it. We work with clients to ensure they are at all times well prepared and forearmed with relevant information for discussions with potential investors. Our added value is based on personal commercial experience coupled with an extensive network of contacts in the funding community.

Developing close relationships with our clients is essential to gaining a full understanding of their business and objectives and enables us to provide a proactive, bespoke approach to completing the best possible deal for them.
